Opt in once. Stay in control.

Your company offers it
A team lead sets up Reroute for Business and invites people to try it. It's an offer, not a mandate.
- 2
People choose to opt in
Anyone who wants help staying focused turns it on. Anyone who doesn't, doesn't. Turning it off is always one tap away.
- 3
Together time stays focused
In the meeting, the workshop, the offsite — when the team is in the room, the feeds go quiet on their own.
Nobody wants to be watched. Everybody wants to focus.
Most workplace productivity tools are built for managers — trackers, blocked sites, keystroke logs. They breed resentment, not focus. Reroute is a tool people choose for themselves, because they want the same thing you do: fewer hours lost to a feed they didn't mean to open.
What Reroute for Business will never do
- Keystroke logging
- Screenshots of anyone's screen
- Per-person activity reports
- A dashboard ranking employees
- Enrollment without consent
Bring focus to your team, on their terms.

What is Reroute for Business?
An opt-in focus program for teams. Employees who choose to participate install Reroute, and the apps that pull attention away stay quiet while the team is working together. Nobody is enrolled without agreeing to it first.
How much productivity do employees lose to their phones?
In a 2016 CareerBuilder survey by The Harris Poll, 55% of employers named cell phones and texting as the biggest productivity killer at work, and 75% said their people lose two or more hours a day to distraction. Attention researcher Gloria Mark has found it takes around 25 minutes to get back to a task after an interruption.
How can I reduce phone distraction at work without monitoring employees?
Make focus something people opt into rather than something enforced on them. Reroute for Business is voluntary: employees who want help turn it on, the distracting apps go quiet while the team is working together, and the company never sees what any individual did.
Is this employee monitoring or surveillance?
No. There is no keystroke logging, no screenshot capture, no activity feed for managers to browse. Individual data stays on the employee's device. What a company sees, if anything, is aggregate participation — not what any one person did.
Do employees have to use it?
No. It's opt-in by design, and anyone can turn it off at any time. A tool people are forced into stops being about focus and starts being about control — that's not what we're building.
Where do the numbers on this page come from?
The statistics are from a 2016 CareerBuilder survey conducted by The Harris Poll and from Dr. Gloria Mark's research on attention at UC Irvine; each one links to its source. The calculator is an estimate from your own inputs, not a promise of savings.
