Send a request from the email address linked to your Reroute account. We’ll confirm the request before deleting the account and associated data we hold.

- Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Reroute account deletion request.”
- We’ll verify that you control the account before completing the request.
- Once verified, we’ll delete your Reroute account and associated server-held account data.
Data stored on your device
Most Reroute data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the account does not remove that local data automatically. To remove it, delete the Reroute app from your device after your account-deletion request is complete.
